Some things you may have missed :

[1] The red scarf they're sharing figuratively implies the Akai Ito [Red Thread] concept.

[2] They're indirectly holding hands (if you choose to see it LOL) by concurrently carrying the paperbag on each side.

[3] The slippers? Oh yes, why ever are they wearing flip-flops and geta on a cold winter day? Well, truth of the matter was that they were on tour and Tako forgot to bring their baggage with the shoes before boarding the plane. So, they had to buy new pairs from their new destination. Yea, that's the basic story to this picture.

[4] So why's Tako dressed in a singlet!? Don't tell me he forgot to bring his luggage of clothes too!? No, he hovered his brown bomber jacket over Rika, who doesn't seem like he really needs it...
